JUST like couture, the Gen-Xers is too lucrative a market to be ignored. The Soul, as we saw in the flesh during the Asia Journalist test drive session in Sydney recently, certainly has the young and the young at heart in its sight. With a shape that reminds one of Scion xB or the Nissan Cube, the Soul first appeared in 2006 as a concept car. It was the start of Kia's new design direction - to be bold and to grab the world. Then we have our favourite, the Civic Type-R, but spotting the real one out of the hundreds of fake ones can turn into a good guessing game.
