Audi A5 is here!

While the elegant Audi A5 coupe was spied sitting in the carpark of the Euromobil’s new Audi Terminal along Jalan Imbi at the showroom’s launch back in March, Euromobil has been keeping the wraps on the details of the A5 until now.Today, Euromobil officially launched the A5 at its Glenmarie Centre.Power and performance figure for the coupe is similar to that of the A4 2.0TFSI sedan with a 0-100k/h time of 6.5 seconds and top speed touching 245km/h.Click here to read more.

Lowered noise increase driving pleasure

Continental Sime Tyre (CST) rolled out its new passenger car tyre series, the ContiComfortContact CC5. This line-up replaces the old ContiComfortContact CC1. Engineered in Germany specifically to cater for the Asian motorists, the tyre has been designed to lower the road noise through the ‘noise breaker’ from Continental’s Silent Tread Pattern Groove Technology. Honda reports highest monthly sales in June

Honda Malaysia Sdn Bhd today reported its highest monthly sales ever at 4,250 units in June, 34% higher compareto June last year. As Honda concludes its sales performance for the first half of 2010, the total sales stand at 22,142 units, only 45% away from its annual target of 40,000 units. Click here to read more.

Pop queen gets Nissan X-Trail

Pop queen Datuk Siti Nurhaliza Tarudin was presented with her new Nissan X-Trail SUV (sport utility vehicle) by Edaran Tan Chong Motor Sdn Bhd (ETCM) executive director Datuk Ang Bon Beng recently. Siti Nurhaliza had won the 2.0L X-Trail (automatic) after being proclaimed the "Most Popular Artiste" during the "Anugerah Bintang Popular Berita Harian 2009 (ABPBH)" in April.Another Nissan vehicle, a Grand Livina 1.6L (automatic), was won by Norashikin Samsudin in the Readers’ category of ABPBH. Fiesta flashmob strikes again

THE Ford Fiesta movement flashmob struck the Piazza at the Curve and the Asian Heritage Row last weekend as the last part of the movement’s Mission 2.The movement is part of Auto ConneXion’s campaign to raise awareness and market the Fiesta before its launch this September.Mission 2 culminates in a Facebook Face-off which is set to take place live on their Facebook page this Friday (July 9 at 9pm), where participants would stand the change to win three RM250 cash vouchers for either MPH, Watson’s or Topshop. Neo Club get together

SATRIA Neo Club of Malaysia (SNC) had its third annual dinner and general meeting last month.The dinner was held at Bora Ombak in Ampang while the meeting was organised the next day at Proton's Centre of Excellence.Rangzeeb Fahmi retained his position as the club's president for the second term. The club plans to build closer ties with industry leaders and will participate in the local motorsport events.Registered with ROS (Registrar of Societies), it is recognised by Proton as part of their car club collaboration.
